am i eating right?
ok i will tell u what i eat most days.
MORNING toast brown with a little peanut butter and honey or bannana on toast.
AFTERNOON pasta with chicken and sweet corn
TEA could be any thing from curry to spag bol or steak with salad jacket potato with beans or some thing like that.
SUPPER bowl of museli with a sliced bannana semi skimmed milk.
PS- I ALSO EAT 4 FRUITS A DAY AND TRY TO DRINK LOTS OF WATER.
the reason for this post is that im loseing weight but im worried im loseing muscle i train every other night i hope u can help me. also how will i know if im loseing fat not muscle
