am i suffering from water bloat or something else??

The only way i can describe my condition is like this; you know how your stomach fills up with air when you breathe in deep, well imagine never breathing out and having that tight stretched feeling in your stomach all the time. Are these symptoms of water bloat or something else. Maybe its trapped gas or something.

Was thinking of ordering some anti water supps from cytodyne but thought id ask the board for their opinion.

Thanks

    Not really sure what you mean by meds apollocreed but im taking all of the following;

    leucine
    glutamine
    No stack (Cee, Di arginine malate, Citrulline malate, Beta alanine)
    Multi vit
    Flaxseed oil

    Ive been taking cee and beta alanine 12 weeks on the trot. Maybe thats got something do with it.

    Whoops sorry mate for some reason i assumed you were on gear my mistake

    As Mick says it could be the CEE, but bloat is much more common with monohydrate than CEE.

    When did the bloat start happening? Did it coincide with taking anything mentioned above?

    In my opinion by far the most likely cause is your diet mate. There are a number of things which can lead to uncomfortable bloating, some of the most common ones being lactose and wheat i think, could be wrong! It might actually be as simple as eating too large a meal or something to be honest. My advice would be to take a note of when the feeling occurs and note down what you eat every day, make a post in the diet section detailing your problem. Hope you get it sorted!

    Also, if it is a 'water' problem you will probably notice a difference in your face; most people tend to puff up quite noticably round the face and neck if they have bad water retention. If it's a diet related bloating this probably wont be the case.
