ammino acid seasoning....never knew!!

alright guys,
 
just thought I'd drop in and mention what I found today....ammino acid seasoning, simular to soy sauce!!
 
never seen it before, maybe you've all seen it loads of times in the past but a first for me!
 
for you in the know is it as good as normal liquid AA's or does the heat from the cooking comprimise it in anyway?

    The AAs used for seasoning are only small amounts. Heat denatures (changes the 3-D structure of) proteins. Free AAs aren't affected by cooking.

    It's a seasoning, so add at the end of cooking until it tastes right.
