When u get ur shoulder checked, u will hear the doctor say "Do not do resistance training"
I recommend a sports doctor they're more openminded.
I used to get a clicking, and then i started taking glucoseammin,chondrotin, MSM supplements (they all come in one pill)
Try some cod liver oil I hear it helps, but i havnt tried.
It is imperative that u get it checked by a doctor. Pain is good sometimes.. but not always
Also try changing shoulder exercises
