anger /stress?

since i was reading the insecure thread it got me thinking about anger/stress ,there are times when im sitting alone and i start thinking about other people who have pretred(think i spelt this rgt)me/or has been talking about me about things that are just pure negative bullhit and most of it is jealousy on their behalf, but it gets to me at times an it has me sitting all tensed up ready to go and hurt them baldy and not give a fuk about what happens,i havnt done this yet  but i think im at boiling point ,
has anyone been in a poistion like this and what have they done to stop them selves from doing any mad sh1te

this may sound funny but  would this have a negative effect on my gains while training as ive read somewhere that stress is not good for you while looking to put on muscle

stress certainly isnt good for trainning, then again i think its a good idea to surround yourself with positive people if possible.
stress affects all aspects of you life at one time or another,appetite/sleep/ etc etc so there is bound to be a knock on effect imo.

And you are starting to take steroids?

Seriously dont, you have some issues there which will not be helped at all.

Regarding the question, yes I used to but then I was a fcked up angry alcoholic who wasnt thinking rationally.

Now, very few things cause me significant stress and anger is an emotion rare to me. Dont know what the answer is for you MrX, for me it was nearly dying and losing everything that calmed me down.

Best thing is to talk to someone, not one of your "bros", start with your GP who can refer you.

tell your gp, these feelings of anger and stress are afecting your daily life.once you atart talking it will probably all come out and you can go from there.
he may give you something to enable you to cope with things fr a time untill you feel you can cope on your own.
do not feel you cannot go to your doc and discuss these issues, thats what they are there for,to help you mate.

    What he said.

Stress, particularly of the kind you have described has signifcant health implications, both physical and mental.
