answer me this lad.

tell me straight up can creatine or protein shakes cause me health problems in the future i take 2-3 scoops a day and am 21.and dont post up a topic to go on read?

    2-3 scoops of what mate? Creatine wont cause you any health problems in the long run or short run, protein shakes are simply food at the end of the day so a honest answer would be they wont cause you any harm in the short or long run

    No biggie like, there are a lot worse things for you than using steroids, I mean I probably shouldn't have been smoking crack or getting into bar fights at your age TBH  - drab4

    response up above. They are simply supplents and neither are generally needed if diet is sound IMO

    cratine mono has no health problems associated with it that i know of as creatine is in meat. Mono may give you water bloat and protein shakes depending on what kind of protein is in it will not cause health issues what so ever, you may not get the best results from using whey all the time but ill leave it at that for ya

    creatine should be cycled to maintain effectiveness but wont cause any problems and neither will protein imo
