anti-catabolic effects of clen?
just a question for all that have used clen... how did you find the anti-catabolic effects? did you notice much strength or muscle loss whilst on? or was fat loss very pure?
due to the anti catabolic effects would you recommend cutting carbs right down on clen, or should they still be kept at a reasonable level?
i am about to run clen a month after my first steroid cycle, in which i gained a good 10lbs of LBM and about 7-8lbs of fat, i've got 3 weeks to get the fat off and keep hopefully all my muscle, aiming for 2lbs loss a week, so 6lbs in the 3 weeks, do you think this is realistic with clen? i'm very paranoid about losing muscle, after a PH cycle i cut a month after pct and lost all my gains within a couple of weeks, so clens anti-catabolic properities are its main appeal to me ATM, i would run something anabolic but hols in 3 weeks time and i can't be shut down for that!
