12 weeks out this sunday, anyone taking the pleasure of going to Nottingham to compete or spectate?

    i'm in the ladies bodyfitness. Kept my diet very clean with minimal treats since qualifying at end of May so am aiming to stay as i am til 8 weeks, then cut all treats and reduce % carbs My first british - very excited!

    My first British too! Similar to yourself I also am in good condition since qualifying in April, and will be dieting hard for 8 weeks.

    did you qualify in hayes? I went to watch that show and bodyfitness was a strong category.

    Yeah hopefully Staffy. Taking nothing for granted as it keeps me focussed for the qualifier.

    Saw you take 4th last year. Looked really good. Surprised you are still a middleweight after another year's training, you looked around 80kg last year. This'll be my last year as an Under 80kg so really going for it to crack top 5.

    I am dieting for the Cumbrians in November but hoping to pick up on some shows at the end of October, maybe the Blackpool open.

    Doesn't sound as grand as the british but I have come a long way in my life recently and just want to see what I can do.

    It,s going to be a struggle to get down to 80kgs but im sure ill get there. the 3 to 4 kgs i could of lost last year for that extra conditioning i have made up in muscle mass this year.

    Yes qualified at Hayes, London and SE show. There were 4 of us and it was very close. I came joint 2nd.
