anyone ever cut to arounf 8% BF without carb cycling

I am thinking of carb cycling but might hold it off towards end of my cut(only use it if I have too). Is it possible to get to around 8% BF without having to carb cycle.



P.S.

I hate cutting, keep chaning my mind to bulk again but this time I want to see it out.

    I think genetics may play a part too......some people are able to get that low with just discipline .other really have to trick their body and try every trick to keep the fat loss coming....its trial and error.....but cycling is certainly worth trying IMO

    I used TKD in the last 2 weeks of my cut and got down to 7% ish mate.

    at the end of the day, calories in-calories out, is what counts... carb cycling is just is an extra tool in the bag if you need it mate...

    yes i would prefer to have more carbs and achieve my calorie deficit through an increased cardio schedule, although i do not advocate this to those who arent carb monsters or sedentry

    I am fairly sedentary but still prefer to have some carbs in the way of fruit and low GI stuff such as bread, oats, pasta etc. At weekends when more active then carbs are more important.

    I find carb loading round times of intense activity seems to work really well. For example before training, stagger the carbs out so glycogen stores are nicely topped up.

    well
    put more food in the body + more macronutrients, but at the same time, more micronutrients, then create the deficit from cardio

    limit intake and no cardio means limited macro nutrients, which creates your calorie deficit but also reduces intake of micronutrients

    sorry TT I am with you now. Yes thats a very good point about the micro amounts. IMO cardio should be part of every fat loss plan.

    Also carbs usually contain decent amounts of micros too.
