anyone got any information or experience with nap 50's (anaplon50)

had an offer for them and was just wondering if anyone had any good experiences with them. im 180 pounds with a max 1 rep b/p of 130kg, shoulder press of a 110kg-7-8reps(smithclinemchine), inclinepress of 100kg-7reps. i heard these are very good to put on size someone even quoated they will put muscle on a tomato lol. however i want to get even more ripped up than i am now but dont mind adding a bit of size too ofcourse. wat u lot think?

    Drink lots of water!!

It's a harsh med, mate and, based on your previous posts, not suitable for your desired lean gains and vascularity. They're used mainly for bulking and you would see a lot of water retention. Couldn't really find a med more dissimilar to Var, which you stated previously is your first choice oral. If you're after a pure bulker, and a lot of water retention, you've picked a winner, if not you migth want to reconsider.

seeming as shoulder pressing your bodyweight for 1 rep is considered strong i have a strong belief that the above claim is absolute tosh!

as much as it angers me im going to keep my kool lol , im not lying about the shoulder press if have no reason to! as lawrence 82 has said "think he means smith cline machine he correct and thats what i said in the first place our gym does'nt have a free weight barbell rack for shoulder press. and havent done dumbell press due to a shoulder injury last year.

i believe him about the shoulder press, no reason to lie is there! let us know if u choose to take the naps, if u get bad sides u cud cut em in half and split them throughout the day?
