RE: anyone meditate??
i meditate every night in bed before i go to sleep.
i relax my entire body by imagining a shadow slowly moving up my body. as the shadow moves up i am concentrating on relaxing that area. i then imagine what i want each muscle to look like (size and shape), starting at my calves and working my way up. i also imagine the muscle under the skin repairing themselves.
i think it has been working. my muscles are taking the shape i am imagining
