    Hi hodgey,
    I use it regularly.
    Forthing is a problem....
I blend it for no more than 5 seconds and usually leave it to stand for 30mins or more.
I've know some supplement companies advise you to consume within 20mins and some think the quality of the protein degenerates if left to stand. I don't know for sure but I can't see how? Also leave it in the fridge if possible.
    Nesquik also helps

Our Whey Protein Isolate (EURO) is going on our site later tonight and it creates far less froth. (its from the same dairy as the WPC80 (EURO)).

Mark123 suggestions are good tips to stop froth, also adding our flavouring systems will reduce froth greatly.

    Thanks :)

I think this advice is given on many labels as whey is a milk product and will go off (once mixed with water, milk etc.)if left out, just like milk would.
In a fridge should be fine.
Holland and Barrett also have it on their labels for whey and I suppose you could ask them via their website. Probably have to wait a while though!...
