anyone used a massage stick??

a friend recommended one of these to me:

    wats a jacknobber!?

    its a massage stick. i think it works like the myofascial release foam roller (which has helped alot). Lengthens the muscle (i think) and decreases knots, can be used to aid venous return too.

    i have mega tight calves, thought it might be a bit more economical than sports massage every week.

    Can't beat a proper massage from another peson, alot more pricey though.
