anyone workout late at night?

Well my gym closes at midnight. Even when it had closed, people buggered off to have showers, so would imagine they are still open now at 1:30 am. Feel sorry for the staff, er anyway....

My question is for those who work out late at night. I've never really done this before. I'm totally wasted. I do wake up late so I thought I could hack it, but obviously I cant.

The reason I went in so late last night was, cos the gym was jam packed at peak hour. Almost everything was full and the equipment had ques forming up. I'm not one for standing around while some fat bird does 5 million reps with half a KG weight....etc

Yeah back to the question, how the heck do you cope? Got some tips for meh? I'm like gone completely but can't sleep. WTF?

    I work funny shifts at work so sometimes have no option but to train at 2am!

    p.s what are you waiting around for a half kg weight for?

    I rarely start a session before 10, unless I need a spot.
    lifting is something I like to do after dark for some reason. looking out the window between sets and seeing the sun shining and birds singing just doesn't seem right, or hard core enough
    it's like going to the cinema in the afternoon, get me?

    Ive been know to workout anywhere between 10pm and 3am depending on work shifts. I find i work out better during those times. Dnt know why.
