appetite suppressant?

Anything out there obtainable besides ECA? Eph is getting hard to get and more expensive in the USA. Caff and Aspirin just not cutting it.

Can I use Pseudoephedrine? Its expensive but at leaset I can get it locally.

    Wouldn't bother with pseudo-eph.

Have a look at nicotine: http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/article-nicotine.aspx

PB, do you find that the nicotine causes any vasoconstriction in your extremities? I am talking fingers here, as opposed to other lol

I am prone to vasoconstriction in my fingers from eph, clen, salbutamol, etc. Can be annoying having freezing cold fingers whilst the rest of my body is nice and warm!

Nicotine as we know is vasoconstrictive also

But.... How do you find it in comparison with the beta agonists?

    Cheers bud

Smoking does help. Personally i don't belive in the whole addiction BS, addiction is for weak minded people. Obviously smoking is a drawback with your lungs but they have patches but i think if your not a smoker they will make you sick.

I'd like to point out that I'm using nicotine gum as described in the article above. I would not advise smoking to deliver the nicotine

You do not believe in addiction because you are young, and have not yet seen much of life

The gum makes me feel sick as a dog. Patches work all day. The other benefit is that it will kill cravings too.

I started using 1 piece of 2mg, but tbh I like a much stronger suppression so use 2 pieces at once (4mg). I usually have a 200mg caffeine pill too. I don't suffer sickness from this, though 4mg would probably make a new user quite nauseous tbh.

The trick is in the chewing, or lack of it lol. You only chew for a few seconds then lodge the gum between your gum and cheek for 10 or 15 minutes, then repeat. I keep mine in maybe an hour, possibly two hours, but I forget it's in.

Do not chew excessively and swallow the resulting saliva increase, otherwise you'll just get an irritating tickly throat.

Well, I'm not sure if that is a flavour option, but mine are named "freshmint" and tastes minty, surprisingly enough

hmm, so kinda like packing a lip. I guess your right drab but i have a very strong mindset, once i start on something it gets done so i guess that could go either way with addiction. Personally i could have a few drinks and a smoke or two then not touch them for weeks and only have another one because its been a while and my mates want to hang out and have some fun. Must suck for people who need to wake up with a shot and a beer.

Only with clen, not eph, and then only mildly.
