applied nutrition research?

Has anyone heard anything about or used products from applied nutrition research. One of their produts claims to produce 20lbs of muscle in 30days. Sounds like bull, but then you look at the ingedients and then it looks awesome. Of course all their products are very expensive, but i was looking into them and they might be one of the so called 'miacle' supplements that actually work.

Heres their website: http://www.teamanr.com/default.asp

Opinions on whether it will live up to its claims? :)

I doubt they are anywhere near as potent as that.

20lb of (questionable) muscle  in 30 days isn't good for you anyway... Stress on the heart etc..

i dont think anyhthing can add 20lbs of muscle in 30 days, its virtually impossible unless you have excellent genetics and muscle memory.

the supplements may assist you in reaching youre goals and add an extra 5% but will never give you muscle growth like that.
