    Not had experience with those but they do seem better than the accumeasure!

    how so Kitty i have a set of the accumeasures and theyre pretty good i thought. Care to help me expand my knowledge?

    I think the accumeasure ones are very flimsy. It's too easy to put too much pressure on the weak mechanism and the 'spring' is to easy to 'stretch'. For the same amount of money, these are much better http://www.bodycare.co.uk/default.asp?cID=1300&pID=LSG
    Although the 'fault' with both of these is the scale readings are not that great. I suppose the electronic ones could overcome this.

    If you've never seen or used any others then the accumeasure may seem good but I used the above ones during my training and bought the accumeasure ones and rapidly sent them back when I realised how inferior they are. I use the Harpenden ones but for personal use at approx £200 I think that's extreme.

    like the looks of those thanks Kitty. I do however own the cheap plastic ones, i picked them up off of eBay for a fiver
