If they do what they say they do then they should be. A lot of fighters underestimate the importance of looking after their hands. Early on in my boxing days I used to hit the bag with my bareknuckles thinking it made me well 'ard. Then someone told me all about how I was helping myself to an early dose of arthritis.

For that price they're worth a go.

Couple of young lads in the gym have just started wearing these - look OK to be honest.

I'm a traditionalist though - so for me nothing beats a good solid hand wrap
