are these the right amount of sets?
am 15.8lb, 15% bf, and coming to the end of my 3 cycle, and a about 3 months ago i lowerd the amount of sets i do on each muscle group and have seen great results(not sure if that was down to the gear tho), anyway i keep reading that you should only do like 5 sets on bi's and 8 sets on chest, is this true? i would be out the gym in like 30mins if it wear and wouldnt feel like id done enonths
this is wat i do, is this about wright, also this is just an example, i change my routine avery few weeks...
mon- quads - 2 warmup sets/6sets heavy squat/4 set heavy leg press/3 light set lungs
hams - 6 sets leg curl/4 light sets goodmornings
calfs - 4 sets standing raise/3 sets seated raise
tues- chest - 1 warm up/4 sets heavy incline/4 sets moderate decline/4 sets moderate crossovers
- tri- 4 sets moderate overheads/5 sets heavy dips/3 sets moderate pull downs
wed - off
thur - lats - 2 sets warmup/ 4 sets pull downs(behind neck)/4 sets pull downs (front)/ 4 sets seated close gripe pulls/4 sets dumbbell rows (most sets as heavy as poss)
lowerback - 6 sets of deadlift
bicep - 4 sets ez curls/3 sets machine curls, 3 light sets hammers
fri- delts - 4 sets seated press(behind)/4 sets seated press(infront)/4sets lat raise/4 sets rear delt flys
traps- 3 sets heavy bar/ 3 set moderate seated dumbs
any feed back would be appeceated, dont really want to lower the sets but if i am going to grow faster then its worth looking at. (sorry about the bad spelling)
