Personally i dont like the way you have things split.
Biceps and Triceps get a going over on both days
I think its fair to say there is no right or wrong way,each person responds diffrently to different methods, so you just need to find the right way for you where your body get the maximum benefit.
Generally though i think people split things up a little more than you suggest. Most people split arms up, triceps one day and biceps on another for example.
A typical 3 day routine might be
Back and Biceps
Chest, Shoulders and Tri's
Legs and Abs
Although i have seen a few people having a day dedicated to just arms, so i think its trial and error.
Got a structure in mind? 3 days? 4 days? Prefer splitting muscle groups up or would you favour a more full body approach?
