asda extra special tomato and herb burgers, any good?

just bought some as they were four for a pound!!  ingrediants dont seem to bad and they are very tasty with brown rice and veg.  anybody tried these are they ok to eat when bulking?

    Check the nutrition info, any meats at 20g+ protein per 100g is worth having IMO. I don't see any reason not to have them on a bulk, cheap and and nice by the sound of it.

    yes they are fine, main ingredient is lean mince meat. added herbs, tomato, seasoning etc

    you may wish to grill them to get rid of some of the fat

    top notch they are 23g of protein per 100g, 4 burgers for a quid at the moment, cracking value i got a few packs and froze them so thats good news!!

    per 100g: 23.1g protein, carbs 6.2g 0.9 sugars, fat 15.8g of what saturates 6.8g, fibre 0.5g, 1g of salt

    ingredients: beef (85%), sun dried tomatoes, water, extra virgin oil, white wine vinegar, salt, preservative, rusk, basil and seasoning

    they look pretty good to me then..

    grilled, baked, on the george forman or even BBQ'd would help lowe the fat content, and not much **** added at all
