asda good for you .....

asda good for you has bought a range of flavoured cottage cheeses, so far i have only tried the onion and chive one and that was very nice, had it on baked potato. very low in fat and high in protein, so a good body building food id say.

    Yep love em! I dont likke the ones with garlic in though cos of breath factor, My favourite is the tomato and cracked black pepper

    i cant stand any flavour of cottage cheese especially onion+chive, just good old plain for me

    everyone to there own, but just how any bugger can eat cottage cheese is beyond me, milk gone off[xx(]

    I love the stuff! I never tried the Asda ones but I know Safeway used to do a few different types of Low fat cottage cheese with various fruit, that was about 2 years ago so thay should still do it now.
