    In my opinion no.

Without carbs you will have very little energy and so regardless of the fact that your using AAS you will still lose muscle and fat. AAS alone is not enough to retain muscle size while cutting. Your body needs something to aid recovery in the absence of carbs. Protein alone is probably not enough.

I may be wrong and am interested to hear what everyone else thinks

    no
carbohydrate intake in key to fuelling recovery for one. either cycled carbs, targeted/timed carbs or a steady flow is required

leave the gear alone, leave the crazy ideas behind and post your proposed diet

Seriously I wouldnt waste you time, You need SOME carbs for a cutting diet to work. All about recovery.

I dont think you can be healthy while on the atkins diet, healthy and atkins are two oposites in my opinion. Designed for people who 'want to lose weight', rather than drop body fat, and they dont care how they do it or how saggy their body looks as long as the scales tell them they r doing well.

Everyone is saying it won't work but if that's what this guy did to get in that condition then it obviously worked for him, unless he has a reason to lie about it.

Before i get flamed i'm not suggesting he try this.

    hi mate

Another point to note is that the atkins diet doesnt discriminate between good and bad fats which will indeed affect cholesterol levels which is a no no when on steroids. Stick to a proper cutting diet with clean foods and good efa's, leave the atkins to Kate Moss lol,

IMO you'd be better to cut and use steroids to hold mass by limiting carb intake (but not killing it completely like atkins).

    small complex carbs at breakfast
only fuit and veg in the day
    small complex carbs before training
    simple carbs post workout shake
complex carbs post post workout meal

    With a refeed every week

That way, you're having limited carbs, but not stupidly low like atkins, and so cutting (providing calroie deficit right) and using steroids to hold muscle on a deficit.

    Working well for me ...

    Raw dead Lift 320kg
    Raw bench 171kg
    Shirted bench 200kg
    Amateur cage fighter @ 95 - 105kg
