    yeah chic is the man alright he really knows what builds your average genetic drug free weight trainer. not heavy hardcore stuff but 15 rep sets of pulldowns and cable crossovers oh yeah and 4 gr of test a week

    He complains that these moves are injurous - this is not true, if you use them properly.

    He is probably injured so often due to his not using these big compound moves, his body is not a unit, just a bunch of strong parts without strong connections.

    This is just one reason, there are others.

    Surely that was written on april fools day. He is right about b-neck press tho, but the rest is pure horse-sh1t. I've run out of bog-roll so I must remember to buy a copy of FLEX on the way home.

    Im only just getting into the bench press, ive been doing dips as my main chest exercise until now. Whats all this talk of torn pecs when benching? How big a problem is it?
