automatic wake up time?

Is it just me or do you all have an automatic wake up time regardless of what time you slept at night?

I've got a day off today but I've still been awake since 8 despite sleeping at 3am. Bloody hate it!

Nope. If it wasn't for my alarm/daughter I'd be late for work a lot

Recently I've been waking up at 5.30am on my days off but do go to sleep for 11.

However on a Sunday day off, when it's end of the week and all that is where I actually lay in til 7-8. Other than that it's 5.30 every morning, and 99% of the time before my alarm.

If you love something let it go,if it comes back to you it's yours,if it doesn't it never was.

Since getting up at 5.30am for the gym I've noticed I'm awake at the weekends around 7am.  So not the same time, but it's almost as if 7am is now the equivalent of the 9-10am lie in I used to have when I'd get up at 7am.

Nope. My alarm is generally set for 7:50. If I don't set it I'll wake up around 9-10 for a piss. Then I can easily sleep for another hour or two.

I tend to wake up around the same time each day regardless of any alarm.......EXTREMELY annoying on a weekend.

5:30 every day, whether at work, day off or on holiday. Only exception is if I'm ill.

I've done this for my whole life as far as I can remember (just turned 50) and it drives my wife nuts, doesn't bother me one bit, in fact I've grown to love the peace of the early morning, especially walking my dog in the winter.

2 or 3am every morning then struggle to get back to sleep. It's been this way for over a year since my eye got injured and started recurring in my sleep. These days because I'm taking in so much water its usually also pee time as well.
