avacados

what can i do what this calorie dense food
tried it raw awful texture is there any methods of cooking etc with out damaging the nutritional value

    Personally I love it raw, but if I were you i'd mash it up and make it into a paste and mix it in with your meal. For example, if you're cooking pasta in a tomato sauce with, say, beef. Cook it all up, then just before you serve it, mix in the avocado with the rest of it. You won't even know it's there.

    Love em delicious great for bulking , the most calorific fruit out there .
    Almost the same nutritional composition as meat .

    One of the best options... lush!

    If you're one of the people who can't cope with seed oils well, avocados are great. Mush them up with the oil, tuna & balsamic vinegar, suprisingly delicious, low carb, high pro/fat meal.

    Eh? ~ 15% fat, 2% protein, 8% carb - doesn't sound much like meat to me. Good in general, no distinction needed between bulk & cut IMO

    not sure about this TBH . avocado is a very calorie dense fruit , Not somthing i would eat on a cut myself .
    But we`re all different .
