    Tesco's own brand are pretty good value for money, but IMO if you want quality you should opt for a custom job.

    Stay away from the internet - you'll only get scammed.

    yea, tesco's are ok, as long as you dont have to resize it, and if the site has a Kb restriction....forgeddaboutit !!!

    mabie google images is a good place also

    Actually mate if you take Special K challenge and lose 1% of BF [Thats a whole INCH! off your waist,seriously] then I think you can collect the BF tokens and they send you a Avatar,thats why musclesmans got so many,he now has a body fat of less than -5% .
