back in training, help please

Hi all
i have just got back to full fitness after a while out thru injury,
i am in my mid 40s so my training must be less intence as in previous years
i can train 3/4 days a week, would like advice on an allround body work out,
eg. should i do a split,   back and bis, chest and triceps, shoulders and legs
or an all over boby workout 3 times a week.
please advise

    Id give full body a go for know, great way to go for beginners imo and for anyone else for that matter.

    Base the main structure on compounds and maybe 1/2 isolations as well if you wish.

    Also as im sure youre aware keeping your diet in good order will be improtant too!
