back to bulking...5x5
k i am once again bulking and will be till i hit 220-225. I am just not sure which exercises i should pick for some of my weight days. i like a few combination and have done all of them but not sure which i should go with this time so im just really looking for some opinions.
k typical 5x5:
Option 1: Deadlifts, Wide Chins, Barbell Curls
Option 2: Deadlifts, Wide Chins, Bent Over Barbell Rows
ok which one? I am going for overall size with this cycle but i really don't want my curl strength to drop like it does if you stop doing curls. I was thinking of dropping chins and doing rows and curls instead but I love chins so they are staying, and its a no brainer with deads. so which do you think for most overall size, the barbell curls or rows?
Option 1: barbell bench press, standing shoulder press, Dips
Option 2: barbell bench press, standing shoulder press, inside grip bench press
I am leaning toward Option 1 since i took an 8 week break from dips recently and really want to get back into those.
Option 1: Back Squats, SLDLs, Calf raisers, sit ups
thats my only option, i just did front squats so i will do them in the next cycle.
from all the choices i make, I will do the opposite option in the next cycle after this one so I just really can't decide which one heh. kind of a pointless post but its about to come down to me flipping a coin.
