back training question

Im unfortunately going to have to drop dips in favor of benching (see post chest pain for details) and was wondering, for dips the antagonist movement for back I used was chins, now that I bench should I go to barbell rows? It would seem more beneficial if I am doing benching.

    If you are looking for a mass builder, then yes, BO Rows would be choice. If you are looking for sport training, like rock climbing, chins would be great. Personally I do both since I have a bad back. If I dont think I am comfortable to hand BO Rows, I do chins. But I suck at both of
