I would start with Deadlifts, then do some Wide Grip Chins as well as the bent over rows.

If you are looking for mass cut down the reps to around 4-6 and do between 3-5 sets. Go heavy but watch your form.
    Good luck

Agree with Ironhead. Don't go over 5 reps for deadlift tho. And 5-10 reps for the two other exercises would be better for mass IMO.

Pretty much agree. DL in the 3-5 range, BO row (or DB row) and chin around the 8 range gives me a pretty good hit.

thanks for all the advice all. i'll adjust my workout accordingly, but as far as weight goes, i max out at 70kgs on bent over rows and i max out at 80kgs on deadlifts. is that still too light??

bent over rows with 70 is too strong or deadlifts are too weak (DL over 100 at least). what is your techniqwue like what do you weigh
