bean, cheese thing
I've been looking at more healthy carbs that are low fat, that have some protein count.
So I came up with this, a spread on bread thing.
red kidney beans
SAFEWAYS medium fat cheese spread with garlic and herbs
Take one desert spoon of cannelini beans, red kidney beans and chick peas put them in your container for your blender. Add some dry herbs. Blend until it's all mixed, but not until it's smooth and it's lost it's thickness, if it's still got a few half whole beans it doesn't matter because the texture is better like that.
Take out a bowl, put 1 desert spoon of the cheese in there. Add the bean mix and just stir for a few seconds until mixed.
Spoon on pitta bread an eat.
Tastes good, nutritionally almost perfect.
Low fat carbs and protein.
