so a low carb bed time meal for bulking?

    steak and eggs

    cottage cheese

    salmon and veg

    lean beef burgers

    chicken salad

    tuna salad

chicken / beef / lamb curry

try adding some nuts, seeds and healthy fats for extra calories

Carbs should have the opposite effect lol. Would have some fats then, like eggs or beef.

No need to worry. The correlation between eggs and the increase of "bad cholesterol" is little more than media hype / ignorance.

    I happily eat 6 a day

"Protein Powder .. that's like steroids, right?"

"Yes, chocolate flavoured steroids. I also have some strawberry flavoured crystal meth if you're interested?"
