beef jerky

beef jerky is legit for trying to cut?
it was 97% fat free.
140 calories
5g total fat
28 protein
high sodium

everything else was good..
whats the status of beef jerky

    yeah its alright but with anything on a cut, moderation is the key. id say have some every other day.

    I've had some very good beef jerky.. and some not so good beef jerky. It depends on the kind IMO.

    You can even make your own if you want to control the ingredients. There's a recipe in one of the past MT newsletters.
