hi all. looking for some advice again please.
i currently have an ok training routine (i think) and am pretty strict on my diet and know you cant spot train. it is a three day split covering the follwoing
day 1 - chest and legs
day 3 - back and shoulders
day 5 - bi and tris
i do cardio 4 - 5 times a week. im 6ft and 10.5
i also do ab training 2 days a week.
it consists of
crunchs 3 x 20
reverse crunchs 3 x 20
side bends 3 x 35
im not fat. most part of my body seems to be pretty tight. i have a 29" waist. i have been doing this routine for about 6 months.
the problem is i have no stomach muscle what so ever. :( so i would like some help if poss. what can i do to improve this.
ps - unfortunatly there is no incline bench at the gym so cant do waited situps.
