beginner - advice needed

Hi guys

I've been training for around 2 and a half years now and have seen great improvements in strength, size and fitness/performance
Recently however I feel like I've hit a plateau, I've tried lots of different things to get past it, but nothing seems to work. I want to get a bit bigger (muscle, not fat) and more ripped
I want to do a course on something, I'm not sure what though, as I'm quite clueless at the moment so thats why I'm doing research. What would be the best thing for me to get to suit my goals in your opinion?
I'm currently 6'4 and weigh 14 stone.

Thanks
Tom

im pretty much in ure boat mate, have done a lot of research over the past couple of weeks and have decided to use anavar! its a relativly mild steroid with low androgenic effect but decent enough anabolic effects great for getting ripped to and u will put an a bit of size to 100% lean muscle! thats only if ure training and diet is spot on tho. do some google searchs on anavar and have a read also use the forum search function for anavar and read up on a few anavar threads.

    good luck

Thanks mate! MY diets pretty much spot on as it is, high protein, low-med carbs, low fat.
I was advised to go with Winstrol... can anyone tell me whether this would work for me?

1/Dont run winie on its own 2/ i dont want to sound too critical but i am 5ft 7 and weigh 14stone 4 and am bulking, so for your height you seem light, are you eating enough? As diet is realy important and what ever steroid you use if you dont eat enough you wont grow. Get your diet nailed 1st and eat like a horse then see about adding meds, realy mate its not worth adding gear without enough cals.

yer bowley is right 6ft 4 and only 14 stone dont seem like much. however this all depends on your goals if u want to stay ripped or get more ripped then something like anavar would be advisable but if ure looking to simply get huge then you should defo increase ure caloires until ure atleast 15stone before thinking about juice.

Your diet does not seem bad so i all i can suggest is eat more amounts of the same and you will grow and gain the weight you want.If you are bulking then just bulk, ok eat as clean as poss but if thats not working then eat anything, you can cut back fat after you reach the size you desire, good luck bud.

id say personally for about 6-8 weeks just increase ure diet even more just eat eat and eat and train just as hard take some good quality creatine for u id say gaspri nutriton "size on" after 6 weeks that should put to about 15 stone. then if u want look at doing a cycle to get that bulk ripped go for something like tbol or anavar.

okay guys, thanks! You've definitely helped.
I've got a holiday coming up at the beginning of June, so don't want to be putting fat on for that! ha. :)
I'll definitely just try to start eating more though.
So just more of the same foods then yeh?
Do you think keeping a photo log of my progress would be a good idea? or taking measurements?
