bench alot,shoulders nowt

im quite new to training, only been doing it around a year on and off. I can bench press 100kg, but since i am only 17 ive never done exercises above my head such as squats and military presses cos im quite short at about 5 ft 6/7'. ive given up on growing now but have found that i am very weak on my shoulders compared to my chest i can only lift around 40kg, can someone please recommmend any good shoulder training routines that could help me increase my shoulder strengh, because i have been training very hard on them but nothing seems to be happening.

How many times a week are you training your shoulders and what are you doing exactly(reps/sets) Remember when you work out bench you use your shoulders so it is easy at times to over work them. The general idea you will probably get here is to do push-presses...if you are looking for strength that is. Balls to the walls this is the best form of exercise you can do for them and probably should do 5x5 training on them. You might also be able to throw in some raises depending on what other exercises you are doing(making sure not to overtrain)

Just do some overhead presses once a week and that would be enough.
