    sure we had this a few times lol, my bench is slightly higher than my body weight for reps. I weigh around 87kilos

    at 70 kilo BW i managed 100kilo bench. Now its non existant, I weigh around 80 kilo and I can probably bench 85 at a push.

    the omst ive ever done is 125kg....one rep when my bodyweight was about 100kg.... normally id say I work between my bodyweight plus 5 kg

    1:1 isn't bad I think

    I'm about 81kg now and just managed 75kg for 3, so pretty poor
    Will try and beat that tomorrow but I think my BW will go up faster than my bench

    i don't think there is really an answer to this

    From the day I began training, I have never *not* been able to bench my bodyweight pretty easily - wheras I know of some people that would struggle for a single with their bodyweight even after a couple of years of training -

    i think there is too much variation to give a proper formula

    i managed 100 kg for the first time the other night got 2 good reps 1 forced first time i ever went near 100kg was chuffed at about 80 kg

    100kg incline press and am 171lbs bodyweight now, not maxed on flat for a while....around 115 i reckon thou.

    Only been benching a month

    105kg for 3x6 @ 90kg
    1RM 125kg ... although haven't done for ages (139%)


    Raw dead Lift 320kg
    Raw bench 171kg
    Shirted bench 200kg
    Amateur cage fighter @ 95 - 105kg

    best bench for reps is 140x8 thats around 15k above bw,

    180 for 8 reps at 19 stone 6.

    No idea what my max is though, prob around 220-230.

    With a v tight fitting bench shirt i expect i could get more out though on a 1 rep max.

    Im 62kgs.... best I've managed is 80kgs for 4 reps

    Usually just do 60kgs for 8-10reps tho...
