best cardio

its simple...what kinda cardio do you think is the best,simple and gives the most results??

    all cardio is pretty much the same...variation is key and keeps u from getting bored...as long as it gets ur heart rate up to ur desired level then its good...if u like to jog, jog...if u like to swim, swim...if u like the stepper, do the stepper...i always loved jogging and biking...if u stick to doing something u like then itll work for u and ull be less likely to skip ur sessions....o ya and playing soccer with ur new italian relatives is always good

    I agree - anything you'll stick to. I personally like running because I really feel that it gets my heart rate up. But I also walk for 10kms a day and find that good. I always feel that cycling pumps my legs up so much, but I know it's just in my head so I do it if I really want to sprint but am feeling tired.
