best pre workout for energy/pumps

currently take a generic diet red bull and 10g creatine pre workout, struggle for energy though as have low testo levels (recently diagnosed, now undergoing hrt). how important is it to avoid sugar pre workout to avoid an insulin spike and energy crash. i sumtimes have an 'energise' at the gym and have heard rave reviews about noexplode, but am mopre interested in pure enerrgy rather than a pump. any suggestions?

cheers all

Pulse is excellent I think, you just have to take 30g to get a decent effect which makes it a bit expensive with the flavouring.

for pure energy and no pump, check out these products:

    Biotest Spike - 11 quid a box
ALRI Primed Ultra - very good, eerrrr....24 quid?
Anabolic Xtreme Rampage - good, 12 quid

Numbers are off the top of my head.

For cheap pump products, they all work out to be around 30 quid for a month's supply. You could try ALRI N Gorge, I think that's probably the cheapest at 26.99 per tub. Gets good reviews in the US too.

I usually have a full sugar red bull. If you use up the glucose for energy, you won't "crash". Try some bulk powders, like gluconarolactone, Taurine, caffeine, AAKG, and tyrosine, which I use. The best is Ephedrine, but its illegal in Britain and if you go on ephedrine you won't think its worth it to go without.

I love Anabolic Xtreme Rampage, i also liked N.O. Explode but its not cheap, maybe Pulse as above from MyProtien i tried that and that was good and cheap! I think Rampage is the best i have used though! Helps to have a good nights sleep as well though!

Based on quite a bit of experience I agree with the quote. Not only does it seem to help people with energy, but the glucose in a pre-workout drink will help tremendously with your pump.
