best sup for ligaments and tendon strength

iv been powerlifting for about 4month now and my tendons on my inner upper right leg, and left leg behing knee and under glute is aching.
is cissus the best or is there a better 1?
 
i think the pain is from my having a drink at the weekends, dehydrating muscle then powerlifting through the week, sao im coming off drink now.
dont wana stop training but myt need a week off if tendons dont get better

i believe with a healthy active lifestyle and some good knowledge and aas/peps use etc that you can live a longer stronger better life.

main interests: physique conditioning, bbj, muay thai.

    I've yet to try it but Cissus does seem good.

    If you decide upon Cissus and get it from my protein, I wouldn't personally get the powder form. The taste is horrible and also very strong, i.e. difficult to mask in any shake. I gave up on mine after 2 weeks, and didn't see much improvement in my joints.

    Their Mega Cissus caps are much stronger and will bypass the taste. Although I haven't personally used them myself they are reviewed very well.

    I personaly found the mega Cissus from Myprotein to be great stuff.

    I've got a calcified ligament in my lower left leg. At the start of every football season i'm in absolute agony with it but after a week or so of taking this i have no probelem what so ever with it.

    I take it all through the football season with a month off after each bottle. Not sure if your supposed to cycle it but i do.

    Cissus extract like the ones mentioned above

    Glucosamine + MSM + Chrondroitin sulphate also worth adding IME

    Plenty of omegas and water as well

    i dont think drinking would have too much impact on tendons... cissus as above is the best ive read about.
     
    ive been using a product called **** IP4 for the 1st time... helped abit.
