I personaly found the mega Cissus from Myprotein to be great stuff.
I've got a calcified ligament in my lower left leg. At the start of every football season i'm in absolute agony with it but after a week or so of taking this i have no probelem what so ever with it.
I take it all through the football season with a month off after each bottle. Not sure if your supposed to cycle it but i do.
