bf scales

has anyone got these new bodyfat weighing scales?is this a good and easy way to monitor your bodyfat as i bought some today

    i was getting worried as mine tell me im 27,5 bf i got all depressed please tell me they are no good

    there poop mate! my bf is arround 14-16% stood on one of these n it said 24% get yourself some calipers if you want to measure your bodyfat

    lucky you.. Mine tell me i am around 37% whereas the calipers tell me im around 21%.

    The scales dont measure actual bodyfat content instead they measure how much body tissues impede the flow of electrical current.

    thanks for the advise mate but what are calipers?i thought they were to aid walking,please dont laugh i cant help not knowing lol

    They are not set up for muscly people so the readings are way off, Its just like the bodymass index You could be ripped to the bone but if the chart says your overweight your classed as overweight!
