right get this im 22(going on 70) and bulking and body is already a mess i got injurys in shoulders, wrists, achelies, hip and now knees most of which are down to years of roolerblading (have now stopped).

On the up side i get a new job this week and am moving to southampton!

sorry for the blub just needed a rant pissed of i ahve the motivation to do what ever i takes but stupid body wont let me!

You've just got to set realistic goals mate with the injuries taken into consideration.

The worst thing you can do is try and rush something that takes yrs as this will only result in recurring probs, might sound pretty obvious but its easy done.

I dislocated both knees in the space of 18mths and it hit my training hard but with a structured routine/ diet etc you should see results

Getting your mindset right is the biggest thing mate, you mention the injuries, and yeah you need to be careful, BUT don't get into the habit of putting the injury in the way as an excuse for not doing an excercise. I did this post physio for dislocations and avoided training legs, heavy squats etc simply because i assumed it would flare up a knee injury without actually trying it

trust me im not giving up on anything! think iv made some good progress since i am normally working around something.
Alot of injurys feel alot better since seeing physio! so thumbs up to him! which has helped my upper body training now to sort these knees!

Next session is legs and im going to try my luck with some squats etc see how it goes start nice and little and build up!
Have asked physio and he had no problems with me trying it out!

Cheers for the input guys anyways nice to get bit of support for other that understand!
