You've just got to set realistic goals mate with the injuries taken into consideration.
The worst thing you can do is try and rush something that takes yrs as this will only result in recurring probs, might sound pretty obvious but its easy done.
I dislocated both knees in the space of 18mths and it hit my training hard but with a structured routine/ diet etc you should see results
