body fat% and diet

sorry for the question but just was curious. isit posible to get down to arround 9% and keep it with a really good diet and training or to get to arround 9% do u need to look into fat burners?

    fat burners as you know them dont burn fat

    diet and cardio, its fairly easy to get to and hold 9% BF

    cheers yet again toxic your the man! thats my goal after i finish bulking single figure bf% although if i look really good at 12% then yeah id be happy

    They tend to create a warmer environment which helps to burn extra calories.

    ah i was going to ask the same thing. would u say fat burners are basicly a waste of ££ then?

    The diet needs to be nailed on in my opinion for them to have a good effect.

    Timing is also important, take them before cardio (30 mins), and before training too, especially on a cut.

    good afters gaz

    i was wondering i take my lipo six at times different to what youve mentioned above (namely first thing in the morning and then in the afternoon)? should i be looking to change this then? any info would be great mate. cheers

    erm.... oh no, i've been talking my Thermobol just anytime during the day (on empty stomach). Its only the first one of the day i have pre-cardio.

    Thats reminds me. Only had one today!
