How do you work that one out ? Low fat and hard work for sure help with body fat..
When I say low fat, I watch what fats I take in generally eating high protein diet consisting of lots of chicken, turkey, lean meats etc, carbs from pastas and tatties, brown rice and eat a ton of fruit. I would say my diet is quite good and I'm trying to pack in quite a bit of it 5 times / Day. I fully understand about eating the right food and also right type as well as quantity with high calorie intake. Don't take offence but I think you'v jumped to conclusions and I was only asking for advice not criticism though any advice welcome :)
