    hello every one i just want to share with you some ideas i have for nutrition in bodybuilding
    this is a diet that is aimed for advanced bodybuilders to shred out with no muscle/strength loss which is a problem under 12%bf
    i hope you are fimiliar with the ultimate diet 2.0 which is bascily a cyclical keto diet well my diet is a 14day version as follows
    monday no carbs eat whatever you want from fat and protein whole body depletion workout
    tues depletion whole body each body part 6 sets of 12 reps calories under maintence by 20%
    wednesday rest or cardio 30%under maintence
    thursday to wednesday chose two days for tension workout compound movements 3 sets each bodypart
    and the other for cardio (which is optional) thursday start carb up but before it a tension workout
    friday no training just eating as many carbs as you like woth50g of fat
    satirday whole body strength workout less than 6 reps compound movements
    sunday rest at maintene
    diet low carb medium fat high protein during the diet phase
    very high carb medium pro and v low fat on carb phase
    i will start the diet tommorow ill post my results after 8 weeks

    YA ITS NOT WORKING I WILL UPLOADED LATTEr
    so monday i was little hungry at first drank some mct oil with coffee and bom no hunger!!
     i mean it decreased alot but after the depletion workout i want it to throw up looking at food ended up eating 1000 calories the whole day
    Today i wasnt hungry at first  but at 1 pm i was really hungry  ended up eating a bagel ,normally i would eat my house after a cheat this time i did my second depletion workout drank soy protein (whey =acne for me ) and i dont feel hungry at all i must eat alot of protein to meet my recuirments at night i want post every day just when im not busy
