bodyfat estimate? bulk or cut?

can anyone guess my bodyfat? i've started a short cut but feel annoyed im not holding as much muscle as i desire, yet feel my bodyfat is too high, it leaves me feeling skinny in a shirt and fat without a shirt on. i'm not one for abs and sub 10%, ideally i'd like more muscle mass but at around 15ish% bf. heres a couple of recent pics. am i right in cutting for 4 - 6 weeks then continue to bulk clean or should i just keep going bulking and worry about the fat later?

indecisive

Bulk without question. But good base, you are in good shape imo, can faintly see your abs and arms look quite muscular.

Instead of deciding bulk or cut, how about posting macros up - your total protein, carb and fat intake on a daily basis (averaged over a week), plus your current weight.

You can lean bulk easily enough where you won't add much more fat and, as you get more muscular, appear to be getting leaner as the fat/muscle percentage changes.

Requires a spot on diet though.

Forget this get fat then get skinny nonsense - it's bollocks.
