RE: bodyweight exercises, functional strenght?
About the chins... I always thought that palms away was better for building upper backs (lats etc). Ive seen pictures of people doing them with palms towards them. Is that alot of bicep help? I figured that palms away would be better for back because it would hit back a little more than using your biceps to kind of "curl" yourself up. I know i'm wrong I am just wondering why it is like that.
