boost energy

hi guys, i mainly purchase off my protein so anything any one can suggest from their site would be great. I am looking for something to give me alittle more energy in the gym, i go to the gym post work and have noticed m starting to get mentally tired more than anything, can anyone suggest a good supp to aid this?

Some type of pre wo supplement, caffeine tablets or a strong coffee pre wo will help and a meal rich in protein and carbs 1/2 hrs pre wo or a protein shake with malto or oats.

I would look at your diet first.  As Ice has alluded to, ensure that you have decent amounts of protein and carbs ingested pre-workout.  Also, ensure that you are adequately hydrated before/during/after your workout.

    Then try strong coffee pre-workout.

If these steps don't give you the results you require, try caffeine pills or a dedicated pre-workout product to give you a little 'kick'.

well after a 10 hour shift at work, it can be easy to loose focus, one of my friends is using something called superpump dont know if its any good or not, it seems a little 'gimmicky' to me.

if its just a case of being almost sleepy id suggest training before work, or the other option would be to take some kind of stimulant to give you a kick up the ass - though if youre training late at night that mightnt be a good idea
