    Depends on your goals, mate.

I'm cutting at the moment, so sticking to Peanut Butter on a slice of Granary bread.....

I like to change it up mate.

Things like - porridge, whey shake with milk
    - Whole grain cereal, whey shake
    - Egg on toast
    - Lean bacon, 2 eggs, beans, toast (weekend special)
    - protein pancakes (if i got time)
    - other things (breakfast type foods, im not too keen on eating things like salads and shephards pie in the morning )

I like to try and change things up a bit cos i get bored quite easily

And Robert is most definately your mothers brother
